Chairman, Gregory & Appel Insurance

Dan Appel is the fourth-generation member of his family associated with the Indianapolis insurance agency of Gregory & Appel. He oversees some of the agency’s largest accounts, drawing on his extensive understanding of insurance and risk management. Dan is widely respected for his considerable community involvement with organizations such as Noble of Indiana and the Indianapolis Museum of Art. A Certified Insurance Counselor, Dan holds an Indiana Agents License. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Indiana University.

Moira Carlstedt has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) since 1998.  Moira received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. She is a licensed real estate broker. Moira serves on the boards of Citizens Energy Group, Indy Chamber, Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee, St. Vincent Hospital – Indianapolis, Indiana Latino Institute, and the Meadows Community Foundation.

Sherry Davis serves as CFO of Lilly USA, LLC in Indianapolis, Eli Lilly and Company’s largest affiliate. Davis holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Davis is an active member of the Indiana CPA Society, previously serving as the Society’s Chair of the Diversity Council and as a member of the Leadership Cabinet. Davis serves on the boards of Eskenazi Health Foundation and Lynx Capital Corporation.

Jeffrey Good

Independent Consultant, Retired Chief Financial Officer, inDinero, Inc.

After merging mAccounting, an Indianapolis-based provider of outsourced and strategic financial consulting to entrepreneurial companies and nonprofits, into inDinero, Good assumed the position of CFO for the parent company and, since retiring from that position, continues to provide CFO-level consulting to entrepreneurial companies. A 1984 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Good is a member of the AICPA and Indiana CPA Society and has served as a board member and Finance Chair for the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth, Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, St. Matthew Parish and Bishop Chatard High School.

Christia Hicks

Chief Human Resources Officer, Eskenazi Health

Christia Hicks serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Eskenazi Health in Indianapolis. She assumes administrative responsibility over several departments within Eskenazi Health, including Human Resources. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from Augustana College, and has earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. 
Hicks serves on The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation Board of Directors, Trinitee Recovery Board of Directors and Indiana University School of Nursing Board of Advisors.

J.A. Lacy serves as Chief Executive Officer of LDI, Ltd. an Indianapolis-based family office investing in middle market logistics and manufacturing companies. 
J.A. earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame. 
J.A. is a director at Telemon Corporation. He also currently serves on the Downtown Indy, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Teach for America, Christ Church Cathedral Foundation and Central Indiana Community Foundation boards and has served on boards at the Central Indiana United Way, YMCA and Women’s Fund.

Anne Nobles

Retired Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Eli Lilly and Co.

Anne Nobles retired from Eli Lilly and Company in December 2012 as the Senior VP, Enterprise Risk Management and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.  She chaired the company's compliance committee and served on Lilly's executive committee, while working closely with the company's board of directors on compliance and enterprise risk management issues. 
Currently, Anne is a member and past chair of the board of directors of IU Health and co-chair of the Indianapolis Prize. She is a member and former chair of the board of trustees of the Indiana chapter of The Nature Conservancy and is a member of the Committee of 200.

Retired, Executive Vice President of Government Not For Profit and Healthcare; and President, Q2u Strategic Advisory Group

Maria Quintana, a 35-year banking veteran of JP Morgan Chase, retired in April 2015. During her time at the Bank as Managing Director of GNPH, she led her team on many of the State of Indiana's most significant financial transactions. In 2016 she founded Q2u Strategic Advisory Group, a consulting firm working with not for profits to achieve their goals. She currently serves on the board of advisors for the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and is a board member of Purdue Polytechnic High School.

Phillip Terry has been CEO of Monarch Beverage Company, EF Transit, Inc., and Vision Concepts, LLC since 1991. Prior to joining Monarch, Terry was a partner at McHale, Cook & Welch, P.C. Terry has a bachelor of arts degree and a doctor of law degree from Indiana University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Wheaton World Wide Moving, Inc., University of Indianapolis, the Julian Center, Visit Indy, Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, and Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee.
