Our Alerts & Notifications provide a simple and convenient way to get the most current information related to your utility service. The service allows customers to sign up for automated email, text message or voice alerts on topics including:

  • Billing Reminders - including alerts when a new bill is available, a payment is due, a payment has been posted, or no payment has been received
  • Service Order Reminders - including alerts when service is scheduled and service has been completed.
  • Disconnect Notices

You will need to login to your online account, or set up an online account if you don't already have one.  Message and data rates may apply.

Text Alerts Quick Guide

Get started with this service by texting REG to 56141

Once registered, you can send the following commands to 56141:

REG - register for text alerts
BAL - obtain your account balance
PAY - make a payment
HELP - get a list of keywords 

PAUSE - temporarily stop alerts
RESUME - reactivate alerts
STOP - stop current alert 
STOP ALL - stop all alerts
NICK - create account nickname
