Important Information

Our Permitting/New Service Contact Center staff is working remotely.  If you need to reach us, you can call (317) 927-4444.  Calls will be answered Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

You can also reach us electronically.  You can utilize the reply link within your permit application or you can send an email to newservice@citizensenergygroup.com.  We will continue to process applications and respond to messages between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday-Friday.

There are currently no changes to field activities.  We are completing water taps, gas service installations, sewer lateral inspections and setting gas and water meters.



Prior to starting work on your property, transferring service, or researching standards, you or your contractor may require certain permits and forms. On this page, you will find some of the more common permits and forms you or your contractor may need.

Always make sure you're choosing a licensed, bonded and insured contractor to perform the work on your property. This is for your protection and also ensures the work is performed according to current standards.
