Citizens Introduces Helpful "How to" Videos for Customers

INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Energy Group is pleased to offer customers seven self-service videos now featured on CitizensEnergyGroup.com.  The videos are designed to help customers answer common questions without having to contact our call center. 

“We think our customers will appreciate the information contained in these videos and especially the fact that they are available any time that is convenient for them,” said Mike Strohl, Senior Vice President, Customer Relationships and Corporate Affairs.

The videos feature Raoul Moore, of the Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA).  Raoul also facilitates Citizens’ low-income customer weatherization education program.
