Citizens customers can use our online application to turn on, turn off or transfer natural gas, water and wastewater (sewer) services.

Whether you are buying or renting, we understand moving can be a busy time. Our online application makes it easy for you to manage your utility service(s) efficiently and accurately.

Electronic orders are processed weekdays within 24 hours and confirmations are issued via email. 

Identification Requirements

To protect against identity theft, there may be times customers will be required to complete an Identity Verification form, have it notarized and returned to Citizens. If you have been asked to complete this form, see the link below. Almost all financial institutions have a notary onsite. The maximum fee charged should be $2.00.
