How to Read Your Bill
Citizens Energy Group is implementing a new combined bill for customers who have more than one utility service with Citizens.Your new combined bill is designed to save you time and energy. Additionally, combined billing will save Citizens' customers about $1 million per year in lower processing costs. Existing customers with only one utility service fom Citizens will only notice minor differences compared to their previous bill.
Citizens is also implementing monthly meter reading for all of its customers. As meter reading dates have changed, billing cycles may move by five or six days for some existing customers.
