Electronic orders are processed weekdays within 24 hours and confirmations are issued via email. If you prefer to speak with a customer service associate, call our customer service center at (317) 924-3311 or (800) 427-4217 for assistance.
Customer Service Call Center Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
If you are unsure about the availability of natural gas in your new neighborhood, or if you are building a new home or your existing home does not have gas lines installed, call the Citizens Business to Business call center at (317) 927-4328 and select option #4, Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
