    Permits and Forms

    We will be closed on Friday, March 29th in observance of Good Friday.  Requests for sanitary lateral inspections, new water taps, and meter sets will be processed when we resume our normal business hours on Monday, April 1st.

    In addition, we will be closing the New Service Contact Center at 2:30 pm on Monday, April 8th due to the Eclipse.  You can continue to submit online applications, make payments, and request meters and inspections during this time.  We will resume normal phone hours on Tuesday, April 9th.

    Important Information

    Our Permitting/New Service Contact Center staff is working remotely.  If you need to reach us, you can call (317) 927-4444.  Calls will be answered Monday- Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. 

    You can also reach us electronically.  You can utilize the reply link within your permit application or you can send an email to newservice@citizensenergygroup.com.  We will continue to process applications and respond to messages between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
