Water Service Application

Application must be completed by a licensed Plumbing Contractor that is bonded with Citizens, a civil contractor, or a licensed PE with an engineering firm.

Prior to making application, be sure to review the Water Standards Manual to ensure compliance with revisions effective January 1, 2020.

NOTE:

If replacing an existing line, the new tap should be located in the same hole at least 2' from the existing tap.
Where static water pressure in the water supply piping is exceeding 80 psi, an approved-type pressure regulator preceded by an adequate strainer shall be installed and the static pressure reduced to 80 psi or less.
