Blue Hydrant and Green Hydrant Program
Citizens Energy Group has designated hydrants in the system available for use with the traveling hydrant meter program. In Marion County, these hydrants are identified by a dark blue paint on the hydrant. In Westfield, the designated hydrants are painted green. All other hydrants in the system are only to be accessed by Citizens employees, designated contractors working on Citizens facilities or for emergency firefighting.
