Heartland Gas Pipeline is a joint venture of Citizens Resources and ProLiance Energy delivering affordable new supplies of clean-burning natural gas, which originate in the Western United States and Canada. These new gas supplies are helping utilities hold down natural gas costs to Indiana consumers and businesses while ensuring the reliability of Indiana 's natural gas supply.
