Job Summary:
Participates in all phases of an application lifecycle either independently or as part of a team. May assist Business Analyst in requirements gathering or may gather requirements themselves. Performs analysis, design, programming, troubleshooting, code modification, testing, documentation, training and configuration of software products, production programs and/or customer applications and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities:
- Manage and / or consult with management in providing application solutioning. Perform configuration and administrative duties in their area of expertise. Act as mentors to other IT staff in their assigned team. Participates in selection of specific technologies within the portfolio.
- Support business and provide technical direction through full project life cycle from discovery through go live, including maintenance. Design and provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems using various development environments and tools. Store, retrieve and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the system programs, results, integrity of the data and compliance with standard policies and procedures. Prepares procedures and other documentation needed for the installation and maintenance of application programs.
- Work within corporate architecture and defined application architectural standards. Maintain understanding of current technology as well as basic understanding of new cutting-edge technology, tools and techniques.
- Effectively manages multiple priorities, consults with and advises IT management regarding the status of ongoing projects as well as technical and operational issues associated with said projects and completes tasks and assignments in a timely manner.

Job Title: Manager Corporate Development - Corporate Development

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for contributing to and executing on the vision for the Corporate Development group. In this role, The Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the growth process, from idea generation, market and strategic analysis, prospecting and due diligence to deal structure and closing. Critical to this role will be the Manager’s ability to lead various cross functional teams to fully vet various growth opportunities for the Trust to determine strategic fit and the optimal entry strategy (i.e. Organic, Joint Venture, or Acquisition).

Job Title: Support Center Tier II - Information Technology

Job Summary:
The Support Center Tier 2 technician is the first line of response for internal and external clients requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems. This position is the primary technical resource for desktop applications and platforms, which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC software and hardware. This position is responsible for assigning and coordinating the resolution of support tickets with other Information Technology Department employees. This individual maintains documentation of all processes, installations, fixes within the knowledge base for the Support Center. Administer and maintain the Incident Management System. Responsibilities:

- Administer/Maintain the Support Center Knowledge Base and maintain documentation on Support Center processes.
- Install/configure/troubleshoot IP Phones, and provision and troubleshoot approved mobile devices.

Job Title: Geologist Intern - Energy Division
Location: Worthington, IN, US
Job Summary:
The underground storage intern assists the geologic staff of Citizens Energy Group with the acquisition, management and display of data related to oil and gas well production, operation and maintenance using a computer workstation and geologic data management software program (Petra). The Intern will be expected to digitize and catalog vintage paper well records (in Petra) in an organized, systematic manner. Compilation and manipulation of data sets in Excel, Access and/or ARC-GIS may also be necessary. In addition to the primary tasks outlined below, other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Populate Access database with production/pressure data collected from gas fields.
- Digitize oil field and gas storage logs and related data.
- Import digitized data into Petra software platform.
- Assist UGS Geologist in creation of subsurface maps and cross sections.
- Assist geologic staff in daily operations of oil and gas fields.
- Utilize creativity to implement computer systems to manage digital data.
